By engaging Carrillo Tech Solutions for hardware architecture, system diagnostics, network hardening, or IT consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not initialize a support ticket.
CRITICAL: You are solely responsible for backing up all data, software, and files stored on your hardware prior to any diagnostic or repair services. Carrillo Tech Solutions is not liable for data loss, corruption, or hardware failure resulting from pre-existing system instability, thermal throttling damage, or failing micro-components.
All system diagnostics, OS recoveries, and hardware repairs are performed with professional precision. However, Carrillo Tech Solutions cannot guarantee that deeply compromised hardware or severely infected systems can be fully restored to factory limits without the purchase of replacement components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrillo Tech Solutions, its owner, and technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from our digital ecosystems or consulting services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action or proceeding related to Carrillo Tech Solutions operations shall be brought exclusively in Cleveland, Ohio.
